For our Sales Director, Froconsur is seeking a full-time Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in Leeuwarden.

What does a Logistics Expert do?

As a Logistic Expert you will be responsible for delivering containers from origins all over the world to our clients in Europe. Responsibilities include production checks at origin, ensuring orders are loaded on time and as agreed, reviewing all required documentation and monitoring the clearance of the container at customs. You ensure that the delivery is a delightful experience for our clients.

You will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility when it comes to your containers. You will work together with global suppliers, clients, agents, shipping lines, transport companies and warehouses.

Duties & Responsibilities — What would we ask from you?

    Keep track of orders production, container ETD and ETAs, clearance and deliveries.
  • Departed
    Manage international shipping documentation requirements
  • Departed
    Manage communication with clients, supplier, agents
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities — What would be must-have qualifications?

    Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

    Have a strong ability to organize your work and prioritize tasks.

    Be process-minded and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications — What would be nice to have as qualifications?

    A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Departed
    Experience with customer service.
  • Departed
    Speaking one or more of the following languages on a professional level: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian. To a lesser extent: English, German, Dutch.
  • Departed
    Excellent interpersonal communication skills and/or experience with an international environment.
Training Path

To illustrate your learning path, we will help you achieve the following milestones in your first year.

    After one month you:
  • Departed
    will know how we store relevant information and use our applications
  • Departed
    will have a general understanding of the challenging supply chain
  • Departed
    have a general understanding of how Froconsur operates as a whole
  • Within three months you
  • Departed
    are able to coordinate with cold stores, transports and clients to get order delivered
  • Departed
    have the knowledge to check documents and requirements per location.
  • Within six months you:
  • Departed
    manage your very own containers and stock orders
  • Departed
    are able to manage the supply chain from all origins and all destinations
    — while understanding the requirements for different countries.
  • Departed
    stay in touch with a large range of suppliers, clients, agents and services providers.
